Natalie recently completed her PhD based between AbacusBio and the University of Otago, where she investigated the effects of diet on the fatty acid composition of lamb, in collaboration with Alliance Group Ltd, Headwaters Ltd, and Agricom.

Completion of her PhD has enabled Natalie to develop her technical research skills to complement her practical experiences from a lifelong involvement in the sheep and beef industry. Natalie is interested in optimising production systems and has a passion for meat quality.
