Appointment of AGMARDT's Associate Board Member

AbacusBio consultant Jo Kerslake has been successfully appointed as an Associate Board Member to join AGMARDT's Board of Trustees.

AGMARDT is an independent not-for-profit organisation that aims to foster and encourage leadership, innovation, and research capability within New Zealand's agricultural, horticultural, and forestry sectors.

Jo comes from a strong background in the agricultural sector, and brings with her a great wealth of experience in science and technology extension within the sector.

She graduated from Massey University with a Master of Veterinary Studies (Epidemiology), and then completed a PhD in animal science, where she investigated potential on-farm management strategies to improve multiple lamb survival for New Zealand sheep farmers.

As a partner and consultant at AbacusBio, she helps agribusinesses improve the efficiency and profitability of their systems through innovative science and technology solutions.
